Muchos son los turistas que recibimos en nuestra Villa Turistica EL CHALTÉN, despues de más de nueve años de vivir todo el año en la Villa, es que podemos asesorarlos sobre rutas, treking, alojamiento, distintos senderos para llegar a ver Glaciares, y tambien el nuevo paso fronterizo desde el LAGO DEL DESIERTO hacia VILLA OHIGGINS (Chile), para retomar la famosa CARRETERA AUSTRAL de Chile
Many are the tourists than we receive in our village El Chaltén, after more than nine years of living all the year at the Village, is that we can advise you on routes, treking, accommodation, different paths to get to see glaciers, and also the new border crossing since Lago del Desierto to Villa OHIGGINS (Chile), to retake the famous Carretera Austral from Chile.
Recorridos:
1) Tres viajes diarios a la Hostería El Pilar, desde donde comienza el sendero al Glaciar Piedras Blancas, a la Laguna de los Tres ( al pie del Fitz Roy ) y a la Laguna Capri.
El costo es de pesos cuarenta ( $ 40.- ) por pasajero.
Horarios: 07:00 - 08:30 y 15:00 hs.

2) Tres viajes diarios al Rio Electrico desde donde comienza el sendero a Piedra del Frayle, al Glaciar Pollone, al Glaciar / Paso Marconi y a Los Huemules: (nuevo sendero)
El costo es de pesos cincuenta ( $ 50.- ) por pasajero.
Horarios: 07:00 - 08:30 y 15:00 hs.-

3) Dos viajes diarios al LAGO DEL DESIERTO con una espera de dos ( 2 ) horas en el mismo, para poder visitar el Glaciar Huemul y el Lago del Desierto o bien hacer la navegación por el Lago del Desierto hasta la punta norte del lago.-
El costo del mismo es de pesos ochenta ( $ 80.- ) por pasajero.
Horarios: 08:30 y 15:00 hs.
Estos dos viajes hacen combinación con la lancha que viene de Villa O'higgins (Chile) desde donde termina la Carretera Austral Chilena.-

4) Un viaje diario ( todo el día ) al LAGO DEL DESIERTO con una espera de seis (6) hs. donde se podrá hacer las dos actividades, es decir, visitar el Glaciar Huemul y la excursión en lancha por el Lago del Desierto hacia la punta norte.
Este recorrido tiene una duración de nueve (9) hs.
El costo del mismo es de ciento cuarenta pesos ( $ 140.- )* por pasajero.
*Los precios no incluyen costos de navegación y entrada al Glaciar Huemul.

5) Diariamente hacemos ida y vuelta EL CHALTEN - PIEDRA BUENA (Ruta 3), en ésta localidad es donde se realiza las combinaciones con buses desde y hacia el norte del País, por ejemplo: LOS ANTIGUOS, BARILOCHE, PTO. MADRYN , BUENOS AIRES, SALTA, CATARATAS, etc.
El costo del mismo es de ciento diez pesos ($ 110.-).-
Las Empresas de buses que realizan las combinaciones en PIEDRA BUENA son:
ANDESMAR, DON OTTO PATAGONICA, EL PINGUINO, VIA TAC., ETAP Y TRAMAT.-

***A partir de esta temporada hemos agregado a nuestra flota un vehiculo todo terreno Marca NISSAN TERRA Mod. 2008, CLASE EJECUTIVA, para 2 / 3 Pax.-
***Tambien tendremos tres ( 3 ) viajes semanales a PUERTO DESEADO, alli
encontramos los famosos Pinguinos de Cresta amarilla y las aves CORMORAN, unicas en el mundo, tambien lobos marinos.- Por la Ruta 3 visitaremos el Monumento Natural del BOSQUE PETRIFICADO.-
***Viajes grupales a Estancias Turísticas, El Calafate, Frontera con Chile, CUEVA DE LAS MANOS etc.
Routes & Travels:
1) Three daily trips to the Hosteria El Pilar, from where the trail starts at Glacier Piedras Blancas, Laguna de los Tres (at the foot of Fitz Roy) and Laguna Capri.
The cost is forty pesos ($ 40 .-) per passenger.
Hours: 07:00 - 08:30 and 15:00 pm.

2) Three daily trips to Rio electricity from where the trail begins to Stone's Frayle, Pollone to Glacier, the Glacier / Marconi Paso and Los Huemules: (new trail)
The cost is fifty pesos ($ 50 .-) per passenger.
Hours: 07:00 - 08:30 and 15:00 pm .-

3) Two daily trips to Lago del Desierto with an expected two (2) hours in the same order to visit the Huemul Glacier and Lake Desert or make navigation on Lake Desert to the northern tip of the lake. --
The cost of it is eighty pesos ($ 80 .-) per passenger.
Hours: 08:30 and 15:00 pm.
These two trips are combined with the boat coming from Villa O'Higgins (Chile) from where it ends the Carretera Austral Chilean .-

4) A travel diary (all day) to Desert Lake with a wait of six (6) pm. which may make the two activities, namely the visit Glacier Huemul and excursion boat on Lake Desert to the northern tip.
This tour lasts nine (9) pm.
The cost of it is one hundred and forty pesos ($ 140 .-) per passenger.
* Prices do not include costs of shipping and entrance to Glacier Huemul.

5) Every day we roundtrip El Chalten - Piedra Buena (Route 3), in this town is where is the combinations with buses to and from the north of the country, for example: the old, Bariloche, PTO. MADRYN, Buenos Aires, Salta, cataracts, etc..
The cost of it is one hundred and ten pesos ($ 110 .-).-
The bus companies engaged in Piedra Buena combinations are:
Andesmar, DON OTTO Patagones, THE Pinguin, VIA TAC., Stage and TRAMAT

*** We will also have three (3) weekly trips to Puerto Deseado, there
we find the famous yellow-crested penguins and birds Cormoran, unique in the world, sea lions also .- For the Route 3 will visit the Petrified Forest Natural Monument .-
*** Travel to Tourist Resorts group, El Calafate, border with Chile, Cueva de las Manos. |
